Presales contact – please email [email protected] which will also open a ticket but without the need for info on your system.  

Phone Contact – To keep our costs and prices low we do not provide free presales or support by phone but by email. We do offer a paid service for telephone presales should you want to discuss Xeroom with you or your team.

Updates – We do not engage in any email marketing to you.  We will try to inform active customers by email of the major releases which occur every 6 months.  We do smaller releases every 3 months so please check on our updates page for the latest info. NB: All unsolicited marketing emails sent to us will be ignored and registered as spam with Google.
